Privacy

Privacy isn't a setting here — it's the design. We keep your legal, account, and public identities separate, keep sensitive details out of URLs and QR codes, limit who can see your information, and never sell it. Discretion is the whole point of what we do. All events are 21+.

01 Our approach

Discretion is the reason this community trusts us, so we treat your information the way we'd want ours treated. We collect only what we need, keep sensitive details out of places they could leak — links, analytics, notification previews, and the barcodes on your ticket — and design around the idea that no one but you should connect your private life to your public one.

02 What we collect

  • Application & vetting details you share to be approved — such as your status (couple or single), how you heard about us, a social profile, and any references.
  • Account & contact info — email, and anything you add to manage RSVPs, tickets, and messages with us.
  • Order info — the events you're attending and your ticket tier. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider, not stored by us.
  • Age verification — confirmation you're 21+; we aim to keep a verification result, not copies of your ID, wherever possible.

03 Three identities, kept apart

We keep three parts of who you are deliberately separate:

  • Legal identity — used only for age verification and door matching, with the tightest access. Never shown to other guests.
  • Account identity — your email, preferences, and orders, used to run your experience and support you.
  • Community identity — any optional screen name or public-facing detail you choose. What the room sees, and only what you allow.

Your legal name is never exposed to other attendees, and we don't put sensitive relationship or event details into web addresses, analytics tools, or the QR/barcode on your ticket.

04 How we use your information

  • To vet and approve you, and to run events, tickets, and check-in.
  • To communicate with you — confirmations, updates, and support.
  • To keep events safe and handle any concerns responsibly.
  • We may use web analytics (such as Google Analytics) on the public site to see which pages are visited. It never sees your ticket, account, door, or admin pages — or the links that open them.
  • We do not sell your information or publish guest identities or attendance lists.

05 Who can see it

Access is on a need-to-know basis. Door staff see only what they need to check you in for a specific event and role — never your full application or private profile. We work with trusted service providers (for example, payment, email, wallet passes, and identity verification) who handle only what their job requires. Your details aren't a catalog for browsing, internally or externally.

06 Your choices & discretion controls

  • Ask us to review, correct, or remove your information, and we'll handle it.
  • Want your communications kept discreet — neutral subject lines and sender names, and no event names where we can avoid them? Tell us how you'd like it and we'll set it on our end.
  • To opt out of emails or analytics, or change how we reach you, email us and we'll sort it — there's no automated unsubscribe link just yet. For analytics, you can also use a browser add-on that blocks Google Analytics.
  • On a shared device, this site remembers your 21+ confirmation and keeps you signed in here; use private browsing or clear your cookies to leave no trace, or ask us about it.
