The plain-language version of how attending works — who can attend, how vetting and tickets work, the conduct you agree to, and how events and travel are handled. It's a friendly summary, not fine print, and the full terms are confirmed before launch. All events are 21+.
01 Using our site & events
TampArotic is a Tampa Bay adult lifestyle events organizer. By using this site, applying to be vetted, joining a membership, or attending an event, you agree to these terms and to our Code of Conduct, Privacy, Photo Policy, and Refunds & Transfers policies. If any of it isn't clear, ask us before you proceed.
02 Eligibility
- You must be 21 or older. Age is verified, and ID is required at the door.
- You agree to provide honest information during vetting and at check-in.
- Our events and content are for adults and are not appropriate for anyone under 21.
03 Vetting & approval
Attendance requires approval through our vetting process. Approval is at our discretion, isn't guaranteed, and can be revisited if new information comes up. A paid ticket or membership application is not a promise of entry or ongoing access. Money handling for declined applications and ticket refunds is spelled out on Refunds & Transfers — including that paid memberships charge at application and refund in full if we can't approve you, while declined ticket purchases refund less the card processing fee.
04 Tickets & entry
- Event tickets are prepaid online only. There is no pay-at-door ticket purchase. Your payment confirms the ticket; entry still depends on ID, vetting, and conduct.
- Hold your own ticket, arrive ready for ID check, and follow host and door directions. Exact venue details are shared with confirmed guests only.
- Transfers, refunds, waitlists, and event changes follow Refunds & Transfers.
05 Membership obligations
- Membership is optional community access on top of vetting. Tier prices, billing, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, points, guest passes, and credits are described only on Refunds & Transfers and the membership page so those numbers cannot fork.
- Paid tiers are charged when you apply. Benefits unlock when your application is approved. Until then you are an applicant, not a benefit-holding member.
- You keep membership benefits only while your membership is in good standing for the current period (active, cancel-at-period-end through the paid end date, or inside the published past-due grace window). When that ends, paid-tier benefits stop.
- Membership can be ended for code-of-conduct violations or other behavior that puts the room, staff, or guests at risk. Ending a membership for conduct does not refund the current paid period. We do not run a formal appeals process. If you believe a decision was made in error, email us and a host will personally review it — that review is a genuine second look, not an entitlement to reinstatement, and admission decisions remain ours to make.
- Guest-pass recipients and transfer recipients are not exempt from the 21+ rule, house rules, or door refusal. A pass or transfer is not a guarantee of entry.
06 Conduct
Attending means agreeing to our consent-first, discretion-always Code of Conduct. Violating it — including non-consensual behavior, harassment, unauthorized photography, or breaching another guest's privacy — can end your night and your access, and consequences aren't limited to those listed.
07 Travel & partners
Lifestyle travel, such as the FantaSea Connections Cruise, is booked through our travel partner, Desire Vacations, and their terms and pricing apply to those bookings. Sponsors and partners are independent businesses; their sites and offers are governed by their own terms.
08 Changes
We may update events, this site, and these terms as we grow. Details on this page are provided in good faith and may change; the current version governs.
09 Assumption of risk & liability
Our events are adult social gatherings held at bars, restaurants, hotels, and private venues. You attend at your own risk and are responsible for your own choices, your own safety, and how much you drink.
We are not responsible for the conduct of other guests. We vet applicants and we remove people who break the house rules, but we cannot guarantee how any attendee will behave. If someone crosses a line, tell a host immediately — that is what we are there for.
The site and our services are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your membership, a ticket, or an event is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10 Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that reaches a court will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and both of us consent to that venue.
Talk to us first. Before filing anything, email us and give us thirty days to make it right. Nearly everything is fixable in one conversation, and we would much rather solve it directly than argue about it.
